- Vocational Focus: We support training for direct employment, notably assisting in producing over 3,000 nursesthrough our partnership with the Bibi Amena Hospital in Hyderabad.
- Mentorship and Partnerships (EquallyAble): We actively partner with organizations like the EquallyAble Foundation (USA), founded by Mohammad Yousuf, a polio survivor whom Faiz E Aam Trust supported in his teens. His journey from Hyderabad beneficiary to a leading voice in disability development in the US is a powerful testament to the long-term impact of our educational support.

Healthcare: Dignity Through Care
Our Approach:
- Zulfeqar Husain Memorial (ZHM) Charitable Hospital: We manage the ZHM Hospital in Kaghazipura, Aurangabad. This is a Diagnostic Centre-cum-Hospital equipped with modern facilities (X-ray, operation theatre), where eminent doctors render free services. The hospital has treated over 380,000 (3.80 Lakh) patients to date.
- Bibi Amena Milli Hospital: We partnered with Bibi Amena Milli hospital in Hyderabad, which is run by on of our trustee Dr. Maqdoom Mohiuddin to treat cases such as diabetes, hyper tension etc at negligible cost to patients referred by the trust.
- Financial Aid for Ailments: We provide critical financial aid for the treatment of dreaded ailments like cancer, heart, and kidney problems, and coordinate complex surgeries through local hospital tie-ups.
- Ambulance Services: Two dedicated ambulances (one of which serves as a hearse) ensure patients in and around Aurangabad receive timely care and dignified final rites.

Our Approach:
- The Kapda Bank: In association with the Siasat Daily and the Helping Hands, we run the Kapda Bank, distributing washed, ironed, and packed clothes to the needy on a daily basis, and dispatching hundreds of dresses during natural disasters (like floods or riots).
- Direct Aid Distribution: We conduct regular drives for the distribution of essential aids, including:
- Blankets and warm clothes during winter.
- Ration bags and hampers to feed families during times of crisis (e.g., pandemic lockdowns).
- Cash disbursement made in the month of Ramadan to the very old and disabled.
- Economic Empowerment: We provide the means for earning a livelihood through:
- Distribution of sewing machines and providing training to people to create a sustainable business avenue.
- Establishing kiosks and carts to give recipients a stable means of earning an income and standing on their own feet.
